Married. MA resident from FL. Wife is a KU grad and was a KUMC RN.
I am a re-applicant. In the middle of the 2010-2011 App cycle I was diagnosed with Cancer. I had to pull my apps, go on a LOA from work and grad school. After 6 months of surgery and treatment I returned to school, retook my MCAT, finished my Masters, and got married.
My weakness is a lack of Research, only one year of a smaller Research Paper that didn't result in a pub (part of a larger paper that isn't complete). As well, I took the MCAT 3 times. 28P, 27O, 36. I realize that three times hurts me, but I'm hoping that that final balanced 36 will overshadow that.
