Summary of Application Experience
Not stressful because I did it pretty much all by myself, without other stressed out kids applying for MDs. And I only applied to places that I actually wanted to go (4 schools), so I never had to be worried about dishonesty at interviews or essays.
Funny story about my application: There was a typo in the first sentence of my AMCAS personal statement. 'The human body ceases to amaze me.'
I felt happier than everyone else at all the schools except Stanford, where you can be happy just walking around. And everyone there seemed truly and honestly devoted to their life in medicine. It was nice.
