Summary of Experience:
Damn it all, I got waitlisted.
This was my first interview, so very very nervous. The school looked so classic and epic. The program sounds great with so much clinical exposure starting first year and also a great mandatory research project which is definitely right up my alley. I was interviewed by the Chair on the Admissions Committee which freaked me out at first, but after a couple of questions I think I finished strong. Overall an OK first interview, fingers crossed because I loved the program here! SUNY Upstate NEXT WEEK!
Summary of Experience:
ACCEPTED OFF WAITLIST! YES! ATTENDING!
This school is now my number one choice. The facilities were incredible incredible! The students and staff were amazing! I have fallen in love with this school, please let me in!
Two interviews: The faculty interview was challenging but I think I did well, the student interview went well and I had a really great time learning from my student interviewer. Overall this program is amazing, and for me!!!
Summary of Experience:
Withdrew after UCDavis acceptance!
10/21/09 Accepted!!! I\'m gonna be a friggin doctor! Possibly the best day of my life.
Two interviews, both went really great I think. They have a decent looking campus, but the main up side are the 5-6 hospitals within walking distance. Great surgery and Neuro programs. Medical Spanish course sounded pretty great.
