Summary of Application Experience
I had a big blemish on my transcript from attending UT Austin, so a 30 MCAT would have helped me at the Texas schools. I decided to go to a private DO school when Tech informed me I had little chance of getting in this year. I was comfortable with a DO school, and would have ranked TCOM second only to UT Houston on my Texas match, so I figured out of state wouldn't be much different.
