After working on that essay for 3 months, I finally submitted my primary on August 19th. Two months past my target date. Considering my stats I pray that this will work out.
Those essays were a bitch. After putting my heart and soul into that personal statement, there wasn't much left in me to write truly beautiful insightul secondary essays. There was a lot of recycling. Hopefully they were good enough.
O.K. Today I got my first rejection in the mail. George Washington University. Surprisingly it didn't faze me much, but that probably because I got a call from Morehouse this morning for an interview invite. But I did like the Track Progam at GW, so its kind of a shame that that option is once and for all closed to me.
Since I've been using other people's profiles to gauge when I should hear from schools, it seems only fair that I should put up that info so that other folks can use my profile to do the same. So here goes:
