Summary of Application Experience
6/20/07 AMCAS and Texas apps are in
7/2/07 Texas gets my transcripts, my money/photos/etc, AMCAS still doesn't have my transcripts, but apparently this can take 2+ weeks for them to update this
7/9/07 AMCAS has my transcripts, so now I am waiting on processing, one of my friends has already recieved an interview from UTMB and secondaries from both BCM and Vandy so it can be pretty fast from here on out
NOTE: AMCAS got my transcripts on 6/26/07 which was about a week after I requested them. They take a LONG time updating and emailing you.
7/11/07 TMDSAS application enters the 'problem section' (TX residency issues)
7/24/07 BCM secondary done, these things are pretty easy
7/30/07 TMDSAS out of problem section (residency problem), application is done processing and will be sent out by the end of the week
8/3/07 TMDSAS out, residency problems are review in the order recieved and they send you a letter and email when they finish, Duke, Yale and UT Southwestern have all sent me something (Duke waits until 8/1 to download applications and send out 2ndaries)
8/30/07 letters of rec out, southwestern done, first interview with houston sometime soon
