6/5/07: Well the one good thing about reapplying is that everything is already in AMCAS. How nice of them. I'm meeting with my adviser today about my PS and hopefully I will submit by the end of the week. I'm already more than 3 months ahead of schedule from last year. Go me!
6/11/07: After meeting with adviser and re-working my PS, I finally submitted my AMCAS today. Still more than 3 months ahead! How pathetic! Also added New Jersey Medical College. No idea why, it's just near NYC, so why not?
6/14/07: AMCAS verified. Finally.
6/23/07: First secondary from GW. The application cost is $125...yikes!
6/25/07: Decided to add BU and USC. We'll see how far I go with them, but oh well. Also realized that Tulane's secondary is online already. Looks like I have many essays to write!
6/28/07: Received Jefferson secondary. Crap...I need to get going on these things!
7/9/07: I was on vacation last week and received some secondaries. I'm almost done with GW and Tulane and want to get them out this week so I don't fall ridiculously behind...
7/11/07: Received SLU and UMass. Oy. I also submitted Jefferson's secondary. Basically it was asking for $80.
7/12/07: Received VCU. Getting sick of the daily updates? I'm bored at work.
7/16/07: Received RFU and Tufts at some point this weekend and am complete at Jefferson. My pre-med office has already posted the letter of evaluation, which is pretty good considering it's been about a week and they said it could be 4-5 weeks.
7/18/07: Submitted Georgetown, GW, Tulane, NJMS and SUNY over yesterday and today. Feels nice to see some of them getting in there.
7/23/07: Complete at Georgetown and GW.
7/26/07: Complete at VCU and received and submitted NYMC today. They should have their supplemental application email say: please send us $100. I think I'm complete there, but I really don't know because their status page is a bit confusing.
8/1/07: First rejection! VCU--definitely stings a little. Oh, I'm also complete at Downstate.
8/6/07: I've definitely slowed down with my secondaries. I need to continue the momentum.
8/7/07: Finally got around to calling some schools to seeing if I was complete. Lo and behold I was!
8/13/07: Wow...I'm done with secondaries. It's kind of a weird feeling, but now the waiting begins...
8/22/07: Well, officially got rejected from my last waitlist. Darn...I thought I was going to get a call this morning! Ha!
10/2/07: Been very busy and haven't been updating this. Got some post secondary rejections. Not feeling that great about this cycle, but there's still a while to go.
