Summary of Application Experience
I was offered a position at UTMB on the first day of pre-match. I loved their curriculum and the fact that they encourage actual clinical experience during the first year of med school.
I only interviewed at UT-Houston and UTMB, but after carefully considering both schools I decided to accept my pre-match offer and go to Galveston.
I applied late, so my best advice would be apply early, especially if you're looking to get into a competitive school.
