Summary of Application Experience
I decided to apply mainly to east coast schools this cycle, save two dream schools (UCSF and OHSU). Most of them are the same as last cycle, but I added a couple of GA, NY, and NJ schools as well as the newly established Commonwealth Medical College.
I had an unfortunate issue with my undergrad health professions committee neglecting to include an important letter in my packet. Corrected after an email from a med school alerted me to the problem: 8/31/2010.
Ended up completing only a dozen or so secondaries before running out of money.
Four interview invites so far!
Received my invite to Temple the same day I got my non-accept status from Buffalo. Got the official letter of rejection the same day I received my ACCEPTANCE to Drexel. I\'m going to be a doctor! Finally. ^_^
Summary of Experience:
Interviewed immediately after receiving my first acceptance - a real confidence booster! Glad I decided to go anyway. I will probably end up here!
