Summary of Application Experience
This is my first application cycle. I intended on getting an early start, but typical of all procrastinators, I didn't really get down to it until September.
I am hopeful that I'll get into Dalhousie as I'm a Nova Scotian resident, however I thought I'd give a few ontario schools a shot. I have continued to take a full course load at Dalhousie and if I have to apply again in the future, I think I'll have a better chance at both in province and out of province schools.
User #7416 took the old MCAT and scored a 29 which is in the 73th percentile of all old scores.
We converted this to a 507 on the updated scale which is in the 74th percentile of the updated MCAT. We also converted User #7416’s section scores as follows:
User #7416 scored a 9 on the Biological Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 125 on the Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems.
User #7416 scored a 10 on the Physical Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems.
User #7416 scored a 10 on the Verbal Reasoning section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills.
