    Summary of Application Experience

Took the MCATs in August 2005. Submitted AMCAS application the very first possible day. Had recommendations ready to go. Generally, submitted secondary apps within 3 weeks from invitation to complete the secondary. Earliest interview response took 1 month. I'm still waiting (2 months and counting) on others.

Some suggestions: Definitely apply ASAP. Know your strengths and weaknesses for the interview. Know how to put a positive spin on your weaknesses. Write thank you notes. Remember people's names and address them by their name. And have fun - if you made it to an interview, you must be doing something right!
