Summary of Application Experience
AMCAS took CONSIDERABLY longer than I had originally anticipated. I took the April MCAT and submitted my AMCAS application on June 20th. But, I was unaware that my application was on hold because I had a course that was pass/fail and needed a supplementary letter explaining why this was the case. Also, AMCAS wanted a transcript from college classes I had taken in high school, which was difficult to obtain. I think these are the reasons that my application has been delayed. Some schools have uploaded my VirtualEval letter of recommendations but have not yet contacted me...
