8/5 Opened a profile today. I think I am just procrastinating. I need to fill out those secondaries.

8/8 Got more secondaries today. Hopefully my recommendations will go out today as well.

8/22 After some serious bad luck, I'm on the road to recovery. Plus I need to get my shit together so that I can get some interviews.

8/29 Thank you for the comment!! I want to visit Cleveland as well. Please tell your school how much I want to come visit!!! I am probably the only one from Harvey Mudd. So put in a good word for me :). I also got emails from two of my schools asking where my secondaries are. I feel so ashamed, I need to work faster.

9/8 I can't afford all of my interviews. I am so sad and stressed. I was trying to schedule them together but so far not so good.

9/22 Took out a credit card. Now I am feeling a little better about my money situation. Went to two of my interviews. Both were really awesome. The schools have great curriculums and really good learning environments. I am excited. Now I just have to wait to see if I will hear back from any of them.

9/29 Ooh, totally did so bad at my San Diego interview. Shoot.

10/12 Mmmh I haven't gotten too many more invites. Plus I got rejected from UCSF. I think now I will wait for the rejections to pour in. UCSF was really one of my top choices. Now I won't even get to have an opportunity to tell them how funny and great I am.

10/18 I am officially going to medical school. Sweet. I am so excited.

10/24 No more real news but I did update the rest of my profile.

11/3 I am so tired of traveling. And I never know what day of the week it is. Last time I was at the airport checking in at the kiosk, I couldn't find my reservations. I could feel the panic just taking over. The counter person came over and said, 'if you are here for the 12:00 flight, you are too late.' I was like, my flight is at 1:20 pm but I can't find my reservations. Then I realized I was at the wrong ticket counter...I felt so stupid. And I think it is ridiculous that if I buy my ticket at continental, I have to check in at the delta counter because they are code-share partners. If they are partners, why can't I just check in at continental????

11/7 I am so bummed about my UVA rejection.

11/20 Got waitlisted some more. I can't say that I am surprised.

12/17 Wow, i'm watching SNL right now with Justin Timberlake. It's quite funny. he's quite good. Anyway I have not posted for quite awhile. Since my last post, I have interviewed at UCLA and Harvard. Also I was quite surprised by Omaha. It was grown significantly.

12/29 Now that I am done, I will just wait for things to come in. Or wait for rejections. In other news, I think I am finally very happy with where I am at.

1/27 Huh! So I got waitlisted at Irvine in November but I don't ever remember getting anything from them. NOt even an email. I am not sure what to say...

3/2 A series of rejections and waitlists, but still no word from other schools. The anxiety is building.

3/8 nothing new to report. except, I am training for the San Diego Marathon!!! Yay to distractions
