Summary of Application Experience
Personal statement: Strong
Research: Published
LORS: Strong
URM: No
ECs: Maybe in the top 5% of applicants (things like starting a company)
Upward trend: Yes, last two years had a 4.0 GPA in rough science courses
Primary submitted on June 1st. All secondaries submitted within 2 weeks, except for UCSD and USF Morsani (which both took 4 weeks).
I applied to a lot of top schools because I thought my MCAT and ECs might pull me through. I do not regret most of it, but the results are humbling. A 3.6 closes a lot of doors.
I am very grateful to have had 5 interviews and 2 acceptances. I loved both the schools I got into.
Advice to applicants? Get high stats. Then have some cool ECs. Other than that, pay people with experience to look over your school list. It will save you money. Do not just rely on this website. I am just sharing my results to give people in my situation an idea of what can lie ahead, especially in terms of the months of waiting.
For some reason, the system deleted which schools I interviewed at and got accepted in (plus the notes I added for each), so here it is:

USF Morsani Select (I dont see USF on the list to choose schools). Interviewed in September. Having an early acceptance meant a lot to me. Plus, this school is awesome. The students seem happy and the school cares about student wellness. Match list and educational resources are pretty nice. I think they liked my MCAT and genuineness on my application and interviews.
