Brief Profile:
~Worked as part-time EMT for all four years of undergraduate. ~Shadowed Onocologist in Radiation/Proton Therapy Unit at MD Anderson for a total of 80+ hours (lost count after graduating). ~FUN FACT: Tried out for Houston Comets basketball team in 2000, and was invited to be one of two 'test screeners', sat on the bench for two games, started college, and settled for intramural basketball at UofH. ~Avid golfer who has competed in several tours/competitions. ~No significant research, I spent way too much time playing sports and not much time in the lab ... what can I say, I enjoy myself!

Summary of Application Experience
Who knew it was this hard. My expectations of trying to stay in Texas to attend med school is proving to be a lot more difficult then imagined. I am still intent on staying in the Lone Star State ... we shall see how things turn out. Other then that, I hope to study Sports Medicine if I ever make it to and through medical school.
