Summary of Experience:
Received Secondary Invite on July 14th, but I was daunted by the sheer length of the secondary. Finally got around to finishing it in late October, got an invite in November. Unfortunately withdrew after my UCLA offer.
Summary of Experience:
Pitt med was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very nice and medical students seemed to really like Pitt Med. Pittsburgh does have some sketchy areas, but the Oakland area seemed very safe + cheap.
Summary of Experience:
Yale System is awesome. Having been to Baltimore before YSM interview, honestly New Haven is not that bad. YSM definitely seems like a low-stress environment. One might think that they wouldn't match well because of the lack of assessments, but they do very well! A lot of students take fifth year to do research / MPH / MBA. I felt at home when I was visiting YSM. Would love to attend this institution.
