Summary of Application Experience
I applied last year to 5 schools with a 27 MCAT. I had 3 interviews and was waitlisted at Cincinnati, Medical University of Ohio, and Wright State. Each school told me I was at the top of the waitlist. Unfortunately, there wasn't much movement on the waitlist last year and I did not get in. It was really frustrating at MUO because I remained at #3 on the waitlist for the last month and a half.
So I took the August MCAT, shadowed two more doctors, and began doing research at Cargill.
