This is my fourth time applying... I retook the MCAT (got another 28)and
got applications in earlier than past years but still not really early.
I have a LOR from a Tufts Professor that i work with... got me an interview and I'm waiting to hear back from them.
I just submitted DO primary (11/30) and I'm applying to about 6 schools.

Still no news from anyone... nothing from Tufts and no news from any other schools. Its the waiting game until my interview at GW.

Got the delayed decision from Tufts, sort of dissapointed but not surprised. I just wish I had an acceptance in my pocket. We'll see. I also got a invite to do the secondary from Minnesota after they rejected me a while ago. there was a problem in the electronic application system somehow. Weird. I guess I'll do it - due 1/11

Almost done with Minnesota application. I had GWU interview last friday. It went well, I think most of my answers were good. I had good raport with both interviewers anyway. It is weird having a closed file interview.

Just got an invite to interview at Rush, can't wait. Also- Minnesota application is in... just received three more secondaries from DO schools - MSU, UNE and PCOM. I have more work and I'm missing ski season booo, speaking of which i just got canned at UVM. I was hopeful, i really like vermont. just hoping for some more good news this week.

I'm sure no one reads this, but I haven't heard anything from MD programs. got a few more DO secondaries. I'm currently procrastinating my MSU essay, I think it is looking good though.

Last night I got waitlisted at GWU. thin envelope so I am glad to be waitlisted. MSU DO secondary is in, PCOM will be sent today at lunch. I have to do UNE and Chicago. I had decided not to complete secondaries for the california schools, but now I got a pre-secondary invitation to interview at Pacific. I haven't decided to do it yet. OK, thats it for now, looking forward to more news soon.

Its been a busy week. rejections from Tulane and Mich and an interview invite from UMASS. there is still hope for instate tuition!

Yeah, wow. just got back from interview at WU/COMP had a horrible trip flight wise (don't ask). I got home from work and had a rejection from UMinn and a waitlist from UNE. I wish I had applied earlier. what a moron.

I don't know what to make of this really. I've got two waitlists and I'm waiting to hear from Tufts, Umass and Western U. It will be a crap shoot. I also have a RFU/CMS interview which will probably be just for the waitlist anyway. At this point I feel like if I haven't heard from somewhere, when i do here it will be a rejection (NYMC/DREXEL/PCOM etc) Touro might come through for me, we'll see.

Lots of rejections lately, most notable UMASS. I'm waiting on a tufts letter tomorrow. I hope its favorable.
My advice to students: Apply early. Complete your personal statement before June 1st, have everything read to go by then and apply as close to the first day as possible.

May 15th has come and gone, i'm still waiting from tufts and GWU. I'm trying to get an interview at Touro too, just to be near San Fran where my partner is going to law school.

I just returned from interview at Touro. It is nice, but there are only six spots left for next year. I should hear by 7/7/06. Still no word from tufts or GW on the waitlist even though I have been sending them letters etc.

I'm in California going to COMP it is awesome. Touro would have been more convenient for visiting partner in berkeley, but i just couldn't wait for 2007. I'm really glad I went the osteopathic route when everything is said and done. peace mdapplicants!
