Secondaries submitted after transmission but apps not complete until receipt of committee letter in mid-August.
Two key pieces of advice:
1) Get your LORs ready ASAP! 2) Don't bother applying OOS if you're from TX, unless you are URM/have absolutely amazing ECs/MCAT >520. If you are a strong but not outstanding applicant for top schools, you will be ignored as a Texan.
