    Summary of Application Experience

    More later.

    8/19-Submitted AMCAS.

    8/29-AMCAS verified.

9/12-I'm starting to stress out. I can't turn in secondaries really because Baylor hasn't done my committee interview and LOR's yet. Oh well. Maybe there will be interviews for me at some point. And where is my secondary for South Alabama? I really need to submit AACOMAS already, but I have no room on my credit card. Why won't they take a check?

9/14-AACOMAS submitted. They take money orders, yay.

1/11-Everything is so slow. Stay on your letter writers. Still waiting for alot from everywhere.

1/29-So I finally started hearing from people. I got rejections from Drexel and Vermont, continue to review from Penn State, and interview invites from UAB and South Alabama. I know it is late, but it's ok. I have also heard from alot of osteopathic schools wondering why they haven't received my D.O. letter yet. I wonder the same thing. Hopefully he will get it finished before it is too late.

2/4-Interviews seem to be going well. I should hear something soon. I'm still waiting my DO letters to be sent to schools. So irritating.

3/1-Interviewed at UAB on 2/16. UAB is officially my first choice of the schools which have interviewed me. I finally got DO LOR's into KCOM on 2/14 and others were received just this week. KCOM almost immediately offered me an interview, but said that their class is actually full already. I'm just interviewing for waitlist or early acceptance into next years class. Whatever. With no acceptances at this point, I can't say no to any interviews. I'm still hoping to get interviews from other schools, especially NSUCOM and VCOM. I'm considering sending update letters to more or less ask for an interview. Good idea? Bad idea? Maybe I will give it a few more days.

4/22-I'm pretty sure I'm going to KCOM. Still waiting on South Alabama post interview, but I doubt I could get any good news at this point.

5/9-I still need a few more rejections to complete my collection. I'm going to KCOM!!!
