Summary of Application Experience
Applying Early helps a lot!
Submitted applications (MD,DO) on June 1st. Secondaries started coming in towards the end of June and I tried completing them ASAP.
The UCs are very very slow, espicially if your stats aren't steller(verbal KILLED me). Touro MI is my first choice and after sending my secondary in I was eligible for early decision... so I am keeping my fingers crossed!
9/12 Interview at Touro MI for Early Decision and accepted on 9/16! $2000 Non-refundable deposit and a promise to discontinue app process but being that this school is close to my family and has a great program I accepted! WHOOO HOOO!
October - Informed that I am in the 'possible interview' group at Rosalind Franklin. However, I am not sure what that means. Hopefully I get an interview and it is not a hold for a rejection :)
WOOHOO- I got an interview date for Rosalind Franklin, JANUARY!
January - Lots of rejections :( but still hoping for CMS!!!!
