Summary of Experience:
No secondary II: 7/XX IA: 10/XX A: 11/15 via snail mail. Cool program. Seems that students really like the idea of the class being split up into different campuses. The medical center is HUGE!! It was my first time in Indianapolis and the city seems pretty cool. Unfortunately it is very far and very expensive for OOS students since we will never be eligible for in-state tuition. Unlikely that I will end up here but nonetheless its a great program.
Accepted via snail mail. Nice school with a small town feel. All the students seem to really enjoy the program. I like the idea of taking the USMLE during 3rd year vs 2nd. Hershey is a dirt cheap city and it seems like a cool place to live. Lots of history behind the medical school! I don't like that a research project is required for graduation.
LOVED WF! Brand new med school building (literally just opened this summer). Students at WF are so laid back. The new curriculum still has a few kinks but I got the impression that it was well received by students. Winston is a relatively cheap city, which is nice. Match list is impressive and there are lots of opportunities for students interested in global health. Probably my top choice of my 3 acceptances so far.
