Summary of Application Experience
AMCAS application submitted on 6/16, verified 6/22 8/9/2005: Got an interview invitation from SUNY Buffalo. Very pleasant. What a great start? 8/24/2005: Interview at SUNY Buffalo was very laid back. Both interviewers liked me even before I tried to sell myself. I have a good feeling about this school but still I need to wait until Oct. for them to mail me a decision letter. 9/22/2005: At last, I am done with 20 applications. I just submitted my last application to Harvard. I have mixed feelings about my chances of getting into Top schools. I did redeem myslef by getting straight A's from three summer school classes at UC Berkeley. I sent in the updated transcript to all the schools I have applied for and I hope that helps. I have gotten 5 letters so far from very nice professors who like me a lot. I also have a 6th one coming in from my Human Physio professor in a couple weeks. I hope that helps in the schools making final decisions about me. 12/1/2005: What a nice surprise to get my first acceptance at UC Davis! I had thought that I screwed up the interview and did not even expect anything from that school. What a relief! I'm becoming a doctor for sure! And not just a doctor but a cool CALIFORNIAN DOCTOR! I won't have to stress out too much about finals anymore.
