11/19/15- I don't understand the medical school app process at all. I added many schools that I thought were "matches" based on my LizzyM score, such at Pittsburgh, UCI and UCR (because I'm CA res!), all the Texas schools, all the Philly schools, and UoA. Have mostly heard negative news from these schools. Yet some of my extremely reach schools have responded positively. Lesson to be learned for next gen applicants: Don't be discouraged by your numbers. There is no such thing as a "match" medical school. Don't try to rationalize and predict your outcome in the medical school process.
