Summary of Experience:
Figured! In hindsight, I wish I would've sent apps elsewhere other than NYU. It was hard to find a fit with them where all I saw was numbers being spewed and nothing about serving our underserved communities and patients. See ya, NYU!
Summary of Experience:
Sent primary late; was apprehensive initially and then spoke with some current students during a trip; felt Cornell matched my aspirations and values. Decided to give it a try and hope for the best! I wonder if the outcome would've been different if I had applied 3 months earlier? Oh well! Thanks for the consideration :)
Summary of Experience:
This was one of my top choices going into application season. I would've attended this interview earlier in the season, love the school and underserved opportunties, but JHU has stolen my heart.
Summary of Experience:
Ooof on flight cost. Excited to see what UVM has to offer! Pretty cool day, they took good care of us. Morning felt pretty rushed, but we were rushed with a smile of course :) told we weren't going to hear back until Jan-Feb; pretty annoyed about this, but they are pulling the holistic view card which is acceptable :) Excited to hear back but also curious about financial aid due to high costs for OOSers Slightly surprised about this, but this is the beauty of an MMI. You never know! Can't see myself attending this Uni (based on costs and location) over JHU, so I'll be withdrawing shortly. :) Thanks for the ride!
Summary of Experience:
Really enjoyed this day. Students were blunt and didn't sugar coat things but definitely felt like they loved the school. Awesome faculty and research out the yooha. I'm hopeful for when I hear back and definitely rate this in my tops. :) --
Waitlisted, pretty upset about it. Had great vibes during the interview and day. No mention of HPWL in the email either.
-- Withdrew. Apparently they looked at where I was accepted because someone knew where I was going, perhaps I would've gotten off the waitlist if they thought they could poach. Oh well, won't ever know! SBU is still my #2 school after all was said and done and it would've been an excellent school to matriculate at.
Summary of Experience:
Top choice and completely blown away at an early II opportunity. Attending the interview affirmed everything I loved about the school and their principles. Met with many students ranging from various years who continued to concrete my desire to go here. I believe I had an excellent interview day and am very anxious for the Dec. decision!! .... .... ........ oh. my. god. i cant believe i got into my dream school. FSFIUBFS im literally screaming.
Summary of Experience:
It feels really awesome to have all my hard work affirmed in the eyes of PSCOM. I have a physician who I shadowed do their residency here and they loved every minute. Concerned about job security for the spouse but would be honored to attend and be a part of a collaborative, patient-focused crew/family.
