10/2015: Waiting sucks. Happy to have an acceptance at UMN where I would be THRILLED to attend medical school but I still want to hear back from my other apps! At this point I believe it was completely idiotic to apply to MD-PhD programs given my grades. Oh well I'm still gonna be a MD!
11/2015: Had one other interview at Boston University. Interview day went pretty well all things considered. Will update more about interview thoughts at end of cycle.
2/9/2016: Cycle all but over. Assuming the vast majority of schools remaining are silent rejections.

Withdrew pre-secondary after receiving UMN acceptance
Summary of Experience:
Definitely the weirdest rejection email of the cycle. Didn't explicitly say I was rejected but just that the final interview date was next week and that all interviews had gone out.
Summary of Experience:
Really loved the interview day here. Two 1-hour interviews with faculty in the morning (separated by 10 min break). Following interviews there was lunch and school tour by current students. Wrapped up day with some presentations (financial aid, etc).
Overall I loved the vibe here. Very laid back and students seem to pride themselves on collaborating and being friendly with each other.
