Summary of Application Experience
Doing this largely because there is a lack of international students who have MDapplicants and I found the few out there very useful for my own planning when applying. Canadian international student who did undergrad in the US. Applying straight through for MD only admissions in both the US and Canada.
MCAT around 520. Strong activities with lots of research (1 pub), leadership, work, volunteering domestically and abroad, hobbies.
Looking back, I regret not applying to Cornell and NYU as a Canadian student and do regret applying to Pritzker and Perelman. Cycle was full of surprises. Feel free to message me with any questions.
