I've been accepted to a school and I am done with this application cycle! I am too lazy to withdraw from the other schools I have not heard from at the moment. Once I was accepted, I withdrew from remaining interviews and I do not plan to go to any more. I will try to come back and update this page if I hear additional news.

SR: 8/23 Update: They require a letterhead, which according to Boston some of my letters are missing, also possibly a dean's letter if you don't have a committee letter, so I'm holding off on the secondary.
