Summary of Application Experience
I ended up withdrawing from schools to which I was waitlisted because I had already been accepted somewhere else and did not want to go to a school that thought of me a back up to a student they would rather have. Perhaps the biggest lesson I've learned by applying to medical school is that this process is pretty random and seldom make much sense.
Also, it costs a lot of money, definitely during the interview process, but it was worth the experience (duh! haha). I applied as early as I could and sent back secondaries as quickly as possible. My goal was to get accepted somewhere on October 15 so I wouldn't have to worry for the rest of the year and it worked out. My advice is apply as early as you can... and relax!

Summary of Experience:
only crickets from this school....
Summary of Experience:
Perhaps most unfriendly admissions staff. Complete waste of money applying there and I can only imagine how the administration treats their students based on how they treat their applicants.
Summary of Experience:
Withdrew after interview invite because of personal preference regarding school's location (would not choose Valhalla over Boston or Nola).
Summary of Experience:
Really loved the school. Beautiful campus and facilities. It was only my second interview and I didn't do so well so I expected to not get accepted. Would have been sweet if I had gotten in off the bat, though!
Summary of Experience:
Everyone was very friendly at the school and I had a great time visiting, but I couldn't see myself spending 4 years there. Also, I could not justify moving to Omaha after getting accepted to Tulane.
Summary of Experience:
Matriculating here! So excited!!!! Loved this school. Facilities are brand new, everyone was nice, education seems solid, everyone I met was very nice. Can't wait!
