Application Cycle One: 08/27/2012
Undergraduate college: Western US
Total MCAT SCORE: 517
MCAT Section Scores:
B/B 129,
C/P 128,
CARS 132
Overall GPA: 3.21
Science GPA: 3.33
Summary of Application Experience
Lots of clinical experience. No research. Finished a post-bac as a "career changer." This application cycle really takes a toll on your psyche.
My advice - Don't apply late. MCAT scores don't seem to matter too much. GPA's below 3.35 are a dealbreaker.

Update 2/3 Team just lost the Super Bowl. That was my sacrifice so now I hope to be accepted to med school this month. Looks pretty grim. Heading to South Florida in a few hours though hoping for success at Nova!
Summary of Experience:
After visiting south florida for my Nova interview I am now obsessed with that area. So I sent a LOI to this school today. I'm gonna go down swinging haha.
Summary of Experience:
Loved South Florida. I would love to live there for four years. I'm just not as sold on the school compared to DMU. The administration seems more disorganized here than at other places.
Summary of Experience:
Wow, freezing cold but the kids were great there. Could see myself going there. Hope to hear back soon. ACCEPTED :) and now attending!
