Summary of Experience:
Surprised at the outright rejection, but I had no real ambition of going here. Merely entered it in as a safety school, knowing I was probably wasting my money. I meant to withdraw after getting my in-state acceptances but hadn't gotten around to it, I suppose my late submission and haphazard secondary must have shown my view of the school.
Summary of Experience:
I kept my application to see what they would say but I had no intentions of going here after I got an in state acceptance. They finally wrote me an email saying they weren't going to interview me, I thanked them for at least updating students about these things.
Summary of Experience:
FIU's interview went very well, they seem to really care about their student's well being. The overall campus was very impressive, I had no idea it was that big with so many amenities.
They accepted me via email, and called later to make sure I got the email. It was my first acceptance, and I was surprised it came via email.
Update: This is the school I will matriculate to as they offered me a full tuition scholarship.
Summary of Experience:
I graduated with my bachelors from USF, so I was happy to get the interview invite so soon after completion.
I was very happy with my interview day, and feel that my two interviews went extremely well. Facilities are great and all the students and staff were impressively happy.
I was accepted via phone early morning 11/30. I was happy to hear back from them, although it was a little later then they had originally said they would be in contact, this was apparently because of an AAMC conference and then thanksgiving.
I ended up withdrawing my acceptance here after deciding to take the full scholarship offer at FIU among other personal reasons.
Summary of Experience:
UCF's interview was amazing, they really know how to put together an interview day. It started really early but it was because they wanted to show us a lot. The interviews were first after a quick orientation, and then they proceeded to take us to celebration hospital where we got to watch a robotic surgery in person and then each of us got to practice on the da vinci trainers. The tour of the medical campus was impressive, they have amazing amenities for their students and overall it was very impressive.
I ended up withdrawing my acceptance here after deciding to take the full scholarship offer at FIU among other personal reasons. REL contacted me and tried to convince me to stay at UCF which I thought was a real nice gesture, although I did withdraw afterall.
