Summary of Experience:
Did not like this school at all. :( My interviewers were unfriendly, borderline rude, and the curriculum here is worse than that of any other school on my list. If you are on the fence about attending this interview (like I was), I urge you not to go. Read the SDN school-specific thread if you're curious.
Summary of Experience:
First-tier WL...we'll see what happens, but i might withdraw
Great school, was very impressed by the city (safe, plenty to do, not congested). Students seemed happy here. VERY big on research. Interviewers really try to "sell" Pitt to you. Interviews were relaxed though I was still really nervous because this was my first experience.
Summary of Experience:
Loved the school. Students are happy and relaxed. La Jolla & SD are wonderful. My interviews were a bit more challenging than I expected. Hoping for good news, but we'll see!
Summary of Experience:
UPDATE: Got a sweet scholarship. Thank you, NYU! Will be attending!
Was pleasantly surprised by the school. Everyone was so friendly and really emphasized how the school wants you to be happy. Everyone seems to be involved in clubs and various student organizations. My interview was also surprisingly chill and fun. Only downsides are tuition cost and student housing rent.
Summary of Experience:
The admissions staff were incredibly nice. Interviews were relaxing and fun. You get to study in peace during your preclinical years since the surrounding area is pretty suburban and then do your rotations in the city.
Summary of Experience:
Definitely wouldn't mind spending my four years here. Seems like a great community. Only downside is area surrounding campus and the absolute necessity of having a car.
