Brief Profile:
I earned my first degree in Human Biology in the summer of 2010. I wasn't focused at all and my GPA was not good (overall: 3.0, Science: 2.7). I will be getting my degree in Chemical Engineering in the Spring of 2013 from a Tech school. The GPA shown above is only for this second degree. While not great, ChemE is a much more difficult major and I believe that it counts for something.
I have a good amount of shadowing and volunteer experience. Also had an engineering internship at a major US company this summer along with some lab research last summer.
Took the MCAT on July 14th and retook on the 27th (voided). Ended up meeting my goal on the first exam.

10/7/2012: I have two interviews coming up, one at TouroCOM-NY on the 15th and ACOM on the 30th. I'm very excited and hopeful!
10/9/2012: Received secondary for CMED. I know my stats are too low for them but they're only 30 minutes away from me so I submitted it anyways.
10/31/2012: I feel like both interview went well (especially ACOM). I should be hearing from ACOM within 2 weeks and Touro in around 4.
11/6/2012: ACCEPTED AT ACOM!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!
