My committee letter didn't arrive at AMCAS until 8/23, so the C date is usually a lot later than the SS date.

Timeline
4/29
Submitted application to premed committee.
6/10
AMCAS opened for submissions.
6/14
Submitted primary application.
6/26
Received first secondary. (Wash U)
7/12
AMCAS verified. (That's what happens when you are four days late. Being early is important!)
7/12–7/15
Received most other secondaries. Some secondaries took another week or two to come in. A few (like Northwestern and Drexel) took almost a month.
7/12–8/26
Secondaries. On average, I completed one secondary every two days, and my turn around time was about two weeks. (I completed the secondary for a given school an average of two weeks after receiving it.) I definitely could have done a better job: I didn't do any prewriting, and I didn't follow any sort of schedule. But since my committee letter came in so late, the timing of my secondaries didn't make too much of a difference in the end.
8/9
First interview invitation: Ohio State. My committee letter hadn't even arrived yet, but Ohio State doesn't require letters to make interview decisions.
8/19
On a whim, I decide to send my primary to two more schools: Maryland and UCSF.
8/26
Committee letter arrived at AMCAS. I was now complete at most schools, although most schools took a few days or even weeks to process it.
8/29
First interview invitation after being complete. (Pitt)
9/1
Last secondary completed. (Maryland)
9/18
First interview attended. (Ohio State)
10/16
First acceptance. (Virginia)
10/24–11/1
Crunch week. Several interviews, plus two exams and two very big homework assignments. I did a lot of homework/studying on red eye flights and in the back of taxi cabs. Needless to say, my grades weren't that great. I guess this kind of thing is bound to happen if you're interviewing during senior year.
11/15
Last acceptance. (Vanderbilt)
12/17
Last interview invitation. (Wash U)
1/17
Last interview attended. (Wash U)
3/25
Last post-interview decision. (Wash U)
5/19
First (and only) acceptance off of a waitlist. (Yale)

1/13 Duke sends out rejections pretty quickly, so I was wondering why I hadn't heard back (whether with an II or a rejection.) I called the admissions office to ask if they are still offering interview invites. Apparently there are only a handful of applicants still under consideration, and the man I spoke to said that I would likely get a decision within three or four days. 1/23 Still haven't head back. There is only one more interview date and it is just a couple of weeks away. I'm honestly not interested enough in Duke to follow up (and I'd probably just be waitlisted with an interview this late), so I'll call this a silent rejection/withdrawal of application.

1/20 Some people posted in the 2013-2014 school thread to say that they had called the admissions office and were told that HMS isn't planning on giving out any more interview invites. (Not surprising since Harvard finishes interviewing in February.) Looks like all of us who haven't gotten an II yet are effectively rejected. I'll update this when I get the official rejection letter.
Summary of Experience:
PS 6/14 | SR 7/15 | SS 8/14 | C 8/23 | II 9/23 | 10/25 Too many interviews, and after more thought, I don't think I would want to attend here over UVA
Summary of Experience:
PS 6/14 | SR 7/22 | SS 8/19 | C 9/10 | II 11/4 | IA 11/14 | R 1/31 I thought the interview went pretty well, so I was expecting to at least get waitlisted.
