From LI, NY Graduated undergrad in May 2010 with Biology and Anthropology double major. Fluent in English and Spanish. Intermediate French. In September 2010 began doing clinical research in pediatrics and have been doing so ever since (full-time). I am a first time applicant and I applied to 11 schools total. 5/17/12 - Finally done with this long and arduous process!
My one piece of advice: apply early, apply early, and apply early!! If I had applied earlier...perhaps I would have received a few more interviews and acceptances.
However, things worked in my favor and the two schools that did offer me interviews ended up accepting me...My top choice (from the very beginning) being one of them :)
