I applied early and very broadly and recommend that to everyone! its a lot of schools I know, but you never know how successful you\'re going to be ahead of time.
Plus, I went from applying to about 10 schools (not well chosen) and getting only 1 interview at my state school. This history caused me to be extra careful in putting out enough (and a wide range) of applications.

nice school, nothing remarkable stood out to me. beautiful settling and convenient for going to NYC. I didn\'t realize it was religious when applying. Students said no school activities could be held on friday nights and they ask you not to print etc on saturdays. most students live across the street, seems very much like a \"college dorm\" experience.

my final decision is in the mail.... and it was a rejection! perhaps its because i accidently didnt follow the directions of NOT writing on the back of the essay, perhaps its not. This wasn\'t in my top 5, so im not too bummed.

applying for md and md/mph program, not too psyched that i have to go to west palm beach for day 2. other than that, i liked what i saw at umiami. That being said, i really liked miami and could totally see myself loving it there.
Accepted MD/MPH! About 90% this is where i\'m headed next year!

Interviewed at Grand Rapids campus. Absolutely beautiful new building. Not so sure how i feel about the split class (ie half in Grand Rapids, half in East Lansing) could see myself happy here, but it\'s not in my top 5
