Summary of Experience:
Meh, I would have been happy going here if I didn\'t get in anywhere else. After receiving interviews at most of the UCs, though, I don\'t really care about GT anymore.
Summary of Experience:
I don\'t care about being waitlisted here. I didn\'t get a good impression of the school when I was there. They have a nice curriculum and nice facilities, but the students I met seemed pretty immature. I\'ve heard from other NYU medical school grads that although the school is ranked pretty high, it\'s a pretty mediocre education.
Summary of Experience:
11/13 - Jefferson was very responsive to my \"In the Area\" email I sent them and invited me to interview about a week after that email. I am very excited. Even though I haven\'t gone on the interview yet, the kids I talked to during the student hosting phase seem wonderful and have already given me a good first impression of the school.
Summary of Experience:
This was my first interview invitation and my dream school! I\'ve been to UCSF several times in the past and am very familiar with the Parnassus campus, so the interview day didn\'t really open my eyes to any new aspect of UCSF. It did confirm that UCSF is amazing and that I would love LOVE to go there.
The interviews were very laidback and conversational, no standard interview questions were asked really. I think it may be my familiarity with the school and roots in the Bay Area, but the school feels like home to me already.
