    Summary of Application Experience

Casting a wide net, might be adding some more less competitive schools shortly. Im worried that my writing section score is a red flag (I can write but not on the fly- personal statement got good feedback from mentors).

11-17-11 Havent received any interview invites since very early September, starting to worry me.

12-15-11 Got accepted to SUNY Downstate recently and am super pumped about it! Love NYC and the school seemed to have some great qualities and programs. To get my first (an) acceptance outa the way is huge. I could very easily see myself at Downstate. At the same time Im frustrated by how many schools I havent heard from yet. I know a few are getting ready to wrap up there interview schedules.

2-6-12 Declined some interviews to save money and bc some of the interview offers were from schools that were similar to schools I had already been accepted to. Really hoping for a positive response from NYU! Otherwise it\'ll prob be between Einstein and Downstate (love brooklyn).
