Brief Profile:
I've been in tissue transplant for seven years doing consents with families, surgical tissue recovery, tissue processing, quality assurance, hospital education, and for the last 2.5 years I was the director of the Northern California Transplant Bank. It was in that position that I realized I hated being the boss and just wanted to be back in the OR, so that's where I'm headed! My overall GPA sucks but all my pre-req's were done as a post-bacc and my GPA for those is a 3.87. Screw the MCAT, it's worthless!

Not loving this, but I guess it's only the beginning... I'm just now getting my letter of recs out so I'm pretty sure that's why I don't have any interviews yet. My AMCAS was verified 7/13 and I've only completed the majority of the 2ndaries in the last two weeks. Not a slacker, just working.
