Lessons Learned (in order): 1. Waiting is hell... 2. It is expensive to apply to medical school 3. I hate writing essays 4. New York is a lot farther from Michigan than I thought (13 hrs).... 5. Philly is really that close to New York? I suck at geography! 6. I applied to too many schools. Probably should have thrown a few higher ranked schools in there, seeing how I got automatic interviews at the high ranked schools I did apply to.
10/15/2004: I canceled my out of state interviews (nymc, penn state, jefferson) after I was accepted to MSU. I have spent way too much money and missed too much school. MSU is an awesome school, the people are great there, and I know I would be happy there.
07/10/2005: This will probably be my last update.. I have made up my mind and will be going to Wayne State. They made me an offer that I can't refuse- a full-ride scholarship!
