Summary of Experience:
Headed to Durham in February! Excited about this school! :)
Duke\'s accelerated program actually appeals to me. The research project/thesis during the third year sounds awesome. Everyone, including the current students, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Summary of Experience:
Loved the very new facilities UMass has and the fact that they\'re also constructing another new building as an educational facility (+ social spaces for their students). It was a very good visit!
Rejected from both programs...surprised, but Worcester isn\'t the greatest area so this one stings a little less I suppose.
Summary of Experience:
I enjoyed my time in Chicago so much! The interview process was very low-stress, and the University\'s medical center has some amazing facilities. All-in-all, it was a great first interview experience!
My app was marked as a \"continued app\" by the admissions committee on 12/14/10. They\'ll be getting an update letter from me for sure!
Summary of Experience:
I love Boston! Glad a school in my hometown showed me some love! :)
The interview experience at BU was excellent! My interviewers were very friendly and they did not ask any stressful questions (the ethical questions weren\'t bad at all).
Many of the floors in BU\'s instructional building are slated to undergo renovations (and they definitely need them!). The newly-renovated floors were beautiful, as was the anatomy lab.
Waitlisted for the MD/PhD program. I\'ve heard conflicting information about BU\'s waitlist, but I imagine there\'s not a whole lot of movement. Here\'s hoping, though!
ACCEPTED! This happened the day after I sent a letter to the director of the program. Pretty awesome. Most likely matriculating here!
