Made a heavy application push this year. Some typical extra currics: music (piano for 11yrs, drums for 5, choirs of different calibers), intramurals. Worked as a TA for an anatomy lab (cat dissections) and 1st year chemistry, municipal gov\'t for the summers, environmental testing lab, pharmaceutical lab. Volunteered for Habitat, Meals on Wheels, an ER, shopper for a senior. Doing a post-bac community college degree now.

Received a status #4 (subcommittee) way back in November. Finally rejected after the last acceptance day. I bet my app never even went to subcommittee... Too many applicants this year I guess.
