* I made this profile for all those people that think that they have to have a 4.0 and 34 MCAT to get into medical school. I want you guys to know that medical schools understand that not everyone has Mommy and Daddy taking care of them throughout college, and some of us need to work. I have an average GPA with an average MCAT and managed to get accepted to nearly every school I applied to thus far. The interview portion is crucial nonetheless, it is the time to sell yourself and show the school that you are just as smart and capable as everyone else. Also, it is extremely important to have experience in a clinical setting, so try to find a job working for a doctor.... it really helps. Don\'t be scared to apply, and dont give up! I am my own worst enemy, and never thought I would even get an interview. Now look! I am going to be a doctor :) SOOOO EXCITED! Texas Tech El paso UTHSCSA UT Southwestern

Summary of Experience:
I just had this interview on Nov.14,2009 so I am still waiting to see if I get an acceptance offer. I really liked the school because it has a great name, that will carry a lot of weight when it comes to interviewing for residencies. The vibe seemed a bit too competitive for me, I appreciate a more laid back enviroment. Med school is hard enough with out that kind of stress. LOVE Dallas though :)
Summary of Experience:
LOVED IT! They do a really good job of making the school look amazing on interview day. Sadly, they do not send out pre-match offers so I am still waiting! Fingers crossed!
Summary of Experience:
Lubbock is a very nice town with extremely great people. The school was shiny and new :). It is going to be a tough decision deciding where to go.
