Summary of Experience:
USF has a strong clinical program and research at the school is receiving an increasing amount of focus. There is a strong family atmosphere at the school. in which faculty members and fellow students really look out for each other! The interview process was very relaxing and USF did a phenomenal job of making sure you had an enjoyable and educational interview day. I especially liked their focus on the Scholarly Concentration Program, the tour of CACLS, lunch with faculty, and chats with 3rd and 4th year medical students. If you can, you should also take advantage of the student hosting program.
As far as the interview goes, USF looks at you as a whole person. Being well-rounded is important!
