Summary of Application Experience
I reccomend doing things even earlier than I did. I would try to have secondaries out before the end of september if possible. For interview advice, I would just make sure you can answer some basic questions you would expect to be asked, be yourself, and be able to defend you positions. The interviews I had were not bad at all, so dont sweat it.
