CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - shadowed a doctor for 4 weeks full-time (> 160 hours) - assisted in minor procedures and diagnoses - took medical histories - did minor wound treatments on my own - made stitches - helped refill an intrathecal morphine pump - electrophysiology - Doppler sonography - attended a neurological conference
VOLUNTEER / OTHER EXPERIENCE - peer tutor for three courses throughout undergrad - some volunteer work for charities (not that much though) - former varsity athlete (that was in high school though, but played that sport 5 days a week since I was 6, so that\'s still a significant part of my life); won state finals, 8th at national finals.
