Summary of Application Experience
First time getting an interview. Interview was the MMI (multiple mini interview) format. I was nervous at first but found it pretty fun after the first couple.
I only applied to one school because one of referees was unable to send off my letter in time. Also my MCAT writing section was way too low for most Canadian schools (they typically have a cutoff of at least Q).
User #16939 took the old MCAT and scored a 31 which is in the 83th percentile of all old scores.
We converted this to a 511 on the updated scale which is in the 85th percentile of the updated MCAT. We also converted User #16939’s section scores as follows:
User #16939 scored a 10 on the Biological Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems.
User #16939 scored a 11 on the Physical Science section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 128 on the Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems.
User #16939 scored a 10 on the Verbal Reasoning section of the old MCAT which is approximately equal to a 127 on the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills.
