Summary of Application Experience

The application process was VERY expensive because of secondary fees and all of the interview traveling. Asking for fee waivers on secondaries and staying with medical students the night before interviews really helped cut down costs. Usually, students will give an off-the-record perspective of their experiences at the school when you stay with them that can be very helpful.
I had some great and not-so-great interviews, but that's all part of the game... Overall, the high cost, anxiety, and stress of applying is well worth it to get a feel for the school that is right for you.
