Be yourself and it will work out. You'll either get in or you won't, but either way, you can't go wrong in the long run by being yourself. Honesty is very important in our short time on earth:)
Also, try to find the school that fits you as an individual. Mercer fit me perfectly and I think that's why I was accepted. It's not all about numbers and stats. Yes, they're important; you must meet a certain baseline cutoff. But I beleive that once you meet that cutoff, who you are as a person is incredibly important. The purpose of a physician is to help people. Remember that fact and let your actions be evidence for your decision to become a physician.
It's a long journey but it's far from impossible, just look at my stats:)
