Summary of Application Experience
I am very happy with my acceptance to UC Davis. At this time I am planning on attending UCD and am curious to hear back from UCSF on my ranking for their wait list. The best advice I can give for those who are interested in becoming a physician is to get as much experience in the medical field as possible. This will help you to determine if you are passionate about medicine. If you do find this to be true then pursue this goal for as long as it takes and make sure that your passion is reflected in your applications. No doubt, numbers are important in improving the visibility of your application, but when your application is being considered by the committee your passion for medicine must shine through. Best of Luck to All.
